Anushka Iyer is an India-qualified lawyer with a B.A, LL.B (Hons.) from Symbiosis International University. Her practice focuses on complex issues at the intersection of healthcare, data, intellectual property, and technology. She also has experience in managing complex multi-jurisdictional matters, including clinical trials.

• Advising an Indian fintech company in connection with a potential strategic investment by a multinational e-commerce company.

• Advising a UAE-based healthcare fund on a drug co-development and licensing transaction, including managing due diligence and transaction documentation. 

• Advising life science companies on complying with global data protection and privacy regulations, including in the context of multi-site global clinical trials. 

• Advising life sciences companies on legal and contractual issues in connection with the conduct of clinical trials across US, UK, EU and Australia, together with local counsel.

• Advising pharmaceutical companies on a range of commercial contracts including licensing agreements, master services agreements, clinical trial agreements, material testing agreements, laboratory service agreements, and data protection agreements.
